The Lifetime Support Policy provides access to technical experts for as long as you license your Oracle products and consists of three support stages: Premier Support, Extended Support, and Sustaining Support.
How do I use my Oracle support?
Visit support.oracle.com to access the My Oracle Support page, then log in using your Oracle credentials. Click Switch to Cloud Support if “MY ORACLE SUPPORT” appears next to the Oracle logo at the top of the page. After the page refreshes, click Service Requests and then click Create Technical SR.
